Shipping Information

Shipping rates and shipping types depend on package weight, distance and your preference for priority or standard shipping. Insurance is additional to all orders, except where not allowed.

 

Domestic - Domestic shipping is anything within the United States (Including Hawaii and Alaska), PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam). We do offer other forms of shipping like UPS Ground and FEDEX Ground.

 

Priority Mail - Is our standard shipping method for all US orders. The items that you order that are "in stock" will usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the time you place your order or when payment has cleared. View our chart below for our shipping rates.

UPS Ground Flat Rate - Shipments made within the 48 continental United States can select UPS Ground Flat Rate shipping for only $12.95. FedEx Ground Flat Rate - Shipments made within the 48 continental United States can be shipped using FedEx Ground for a flat rate fee of only $12.95. No matter what size your order may be. The items from your order that are "in stock" will usually arrive to your address within 2-7 business days.  To see transit times, please view the map below.

 

 

Otaku Penny Pincher Shipping (Us Residents only) - We have a shipping method for everyone! Even the extra cheap otaku! For any order over $95 you can receive our Otaku Penny Pincher Shipping! It's free shipping and we pick the carrier (Usually USPS First Class Mail for small orders and UPS/FedEx for larger orders). Your order will usually ship within 4 - 7 days after you place it through our store. Then it should arrive to you by 7-14 days afterwards. You will be notified of your shipment. Hey if you can wait a bit, its worth the the savings. ^_^

 

International Orders - We will have to bill you separately from your order due to international rates to different countries and city's. There are just too many! They go based on weight, size, and destination. So if you would like to know your shipping price before your order, please use our contact us form and tell us what you would like to have shipped to you and we can give you a total for your order to be shipped. ^_^

 

Customs (International orders only) - International customers may have to pay additional fee's or duties to claim their orders from customs. We do not bill you for these fee's/duties. Any fee's/duties that incur from your order must be paid at your countries customs. Please check your local customs regulations and fee's. 

 

Holiday Shipping

All orders should be put in by December 5th in order to receive it in time for X-mas. 

 

Return Policy

 

Pre-ordered Items - We trust you know what your doing on our site. Sometimes pre-orders do not arrive on time and are back ordered. We have stated this on our pre-order policy. The only thing we can offer in this case is a store credit if you have already paid for it. In most cases you will be held responsible for the pre-order you make.   

 

Defective/Damaged items - We will replace defective/damaged items promptly. But before contacting us please make sure that the packaging the item was mailed in was not damaged in anyway. 

 

you must notify us within 14 business days after receiving your order of any damaged or defective merchandise in order to qualify for a credit or replacement.

 

We have a very strict return policy with non-defective/non-damaged items. We review them on a case per case basis and only credit accounts to customers that return their products in the manufacturers packaging, unopened under special circumstances. We trust that you know what your doing when you place an order through our store and we ask that you review it before submitting your order. 

 

When submitting a return we ask that you request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. It makes returns easier and faster this way. =3

 

Any item returned to us without an RMA or have been opened will be returned back to you at your expense.

 

Please do note, we will not return an DVD because you did not like the series or you found the characters too bland or what not. Those are not acceptable returns.

Any items returned to us without our consent will be returned back to you at your expense. Please be sure to have your return approved before shipping it back to us. 

 

Adult Merchandise

All adult merchandise is to be purchased by those 18 years of age or older. We will require that you show us a proof of your age by ID or Drivers license. For those who wish not to supply that to us will not have the 18+ products sold to them and will be refunded for their purchase.
