Shipping Information

Due to the ban Canada has placed, Otaku Mitsukai cannot send adult material to Canada.

Shipping rates and shipping types depend on package weight, distance and your preference for priority or standard shipping. Insurance is additional to all orders, except where not allowed.

• We ship our products 24-48 hours after payment is received. (If product is available)
• Our standard shipping method is USPS.
• International shipping is offered. (Extra fees may apply.)
• Delivery confirmation/Tracking number will be sent to your E-mail on file.
• Items will be delivered within 1-6 business days after payment has cleared. (Up to 21 days for over seas)
• Free Shipping applies to those in the United States, anyone out side of the US will not receive free shipping on orders over $99 (Due to International Shipping rates)
• Shipping for international orders will be billed separately though PayPal due to postage rates for different countries. I do use USPS Priority Mail® International which starts at $38.95.

Return Policy

• We do offer returns 30 days after the shipment has been sent.
• After 30 day period, buyer has the right to a 10 day grace period to receive a store credit only.
• You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the product back. The RMA will supply you with a return reference number that will make it easier to contact you about concerning your return.
• We must inspect the product before a return is granted.
• If you return an item that is not damaged in any way, you are responsible for shipping costs. The item must remain in the original packaging and unopened or no refund will be given and the product will be sent back to you.
• If the item is damaged by the purchaser, no refund will be given.
• If the item is not damaged in anyway the buyer must pay for shipping.
