Otaku Mitsukai Pre-order Policy

1. All Pre-orders do not have to be paid for at time of order. Only during certain circumstances will you be obligated to. Simply click the "Pay by Check" selection during checkout. We will then bill you at the time thePre-order arrives.
2. You can still pay for your Pre-order at time of check out if you wish, although you are not obligated to. If for any reason your Pre-order is canceled you will be refunded in full.
3. If your Pre-order exceeds $400 you will be subject to pay 10% of your order. If Your Pre-order for any reason is canceled you will be refunded the 10% of your order.

4. All Pre-orders are not guaranteed. Due to damages during shipment and unforeseen circumstances, Otaku Mitsukai cannot guarantee all Pre-orders. In any case your Pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email.
